A Perfect Score for a Cleaner, Stronger Illinois

I'm proud to share that I received a 100% score on the Illinois Environmental Council's 2026 Environmental Scorecard.

This recognition reflects a consistent commitment to protecting our air, water, and land — and to making sure the policies coming out of Springfield actually serve the communities that need them most. Environmental progress isn't a side issue; it's connected to public health, economic opportunity, and the quality of life we're building for the next generation.

I'm grateful to the Illinois Environmental Council and to the broader environmental community across our state for their partnership. This work only happens because advocates, organizers, and everyday residents keep pushing for accountability and showing up for the issues that matter.

There's more work ahead, and I look forward to continuing to do it together.
