State Representative Maurice West was honored to narrate the Gettysburg Address at the Rockford Symphony Orchestra’s Star Spangled Spectacular at the Starlight Theater at Rock Valley College. This event is a cherished tradition, celebrating the spirit of Independence Day with music, patriotism, and community.

The Star Spangled Spectacular is more than just a concert; it’s an experience that brings people together to reflect on our nation’s history and the values we hold dear.
