Rockford, IL - State Representative Maurice West (D-Rockford) announces an additional $680,000 of Back to Business Grants were allocated to businesses within the 67th District. This brings the total allocation to $1,835,000 for businesses in the 67th District.
"Back to Business grants have served as a critical investment into our community and have supported nearly 50 businesses strained by the pandemic," said West. "I will continue to advocate for the 67th district and find ways to support our local businesses as we work to build a stronger, more robust economy.”
While applications for Back to Business Grants closed in October, applications continue to be reviewed and an additional $79 million will be distributed. Business owners who applied can check the status of their application by logging into the portal: https://a4cb.loanwell.com/login.
