Congratulations to all of the graduates 🎓. This week, the graduates of YouthBuild Rockford took a step closer towards their dreams. Graduating with multiple awards and creating meaningful relationships that have impacted them greatly. It’s so comforting to see our youth take charge of their future. Rep. West is so proud of you all. Rep. West thanks YouthBuild for all they do for our students and community. He is honored to be the first recipient of the Champion of Community Success Award.
