Representative West had the privilege of taking the first group of youth on a tour of the Chicago-Rockford International Airport and AAR Corp as part of the launch of his offices READY Program. The READY Program invests in our youth by exposing them to culture, entertainment, education, and employment resources and opportunities that are in their city. It expands their horizons and helps them identify things that they are passionate about while also allowing them to understand that these opportunities are not in some distant place but in their own backyard.
