Rockford, IL - State Representative Maurice West (D-Rockford) announces an additional $400,000 of Back to Business Grants were allocated to businesses within the 67th District. This brings the total allocation to $775,000 for businesses in the 67th District.
"It is important that these dollars are invested back into our community to support industries that have been hardest hit by this pandemic," said West. "We must support our local businesses as we strive for a stronger, more robust economy.”
While applications for Back to Business Grants closed in October, applications continue to be reviewed and an additional $147 million will be distributed. Business owners who applied can check the status of their application by logging into the portal: https://a4cb.loanwell.com/login.
