Rep. West Celebrates the Byron Nuclear Plant Remaining Open

Representative West hosted a press conference with IBEW Local 15, plant employees, and a bi-partisan delegation of officials explaining the important passage of comprehensive energy legislation and keeping nuclear jobs in Illinois. This legislation keeps not only Byron but our entire region strong by keeping open the Byron Nuclear Plant that contribute nearly $500 million annually to our region's economy.
