Representative West was thankful to be a part of the ribbon cutting for Birth to Five Illinois' new office locations across from City Hall in Loves Park. As State Representative, he knows how important it is that we build equitable access to inclusive, high-quality early childhood services for all children and families in our community and as an action council member, he can speak to the dedication of this group in ensuring we make that a reality.
