Representative West had a great time giving away trees for Arbor Day at Klehm Arboretum and Botanic Garden on Rockford's southwest side. The free tree giveaway went until 3pm and he encourage people to stop by to pick up a tree and see their wonderful grounds. Happy Arbor Day!
