Rockford, IL - State Representative Maurice West (D-Rockford) announces an additional $645,000 of Back to Business Grants were allocated to businesses within the 67th District. This brings the total allocation to $2,480,000 for businesses in the 67th District.
"Back to Business grants have provided a critical investment into our community and have supported businesses that have been most strained by the pandemic," said West. "I am so happy that these grants have provided millions of dollars to over 60 local businesses, and I remain committed to finding additional ways to support our local businesses and workforce.”
While applications for Back to Business Grants closed in October, applications continue to be reviewed and nearly $50 million will still be distributed. Business owners who applied can check the status of their application by logging into the portal: https://a4cb.loanwell.com/login.
